April Series

 

TUESDAYS IN SPRING
After a long winter, and spending too much time on a laptop your shoulders (and body) may want some extra attention. Therefore Tuesday mornings will be all about the shoulders. The classes will focus on overhead range, back of shoulder strength, shoulder mobility and dynamic exercises (+). Each class will be a progression from the previous one. Therefor progressively building on strength and flexibility.

This practise will benefit you if you are looking to gain overall strength, stability and flexibility in the upper body. It will also be beneficial preparation for more skill based work such as Handstand or Wheel Pose.

I will offer exercises to do (x2/3) in-between the classes. These exercises will be OPTIONAL but recommended. They will be sent through e-mail shortly after each class.

December Series

 

I am offering a series of 4 online classes that will focus around the Lower Body & Core. In hopes that these classes can bring some heat and activation into our winter bodies.

The classes will build on lower body strength, mobility, and core support. In preparation for the icy/windy/snowy conditions ahead this winter and to bring some extra awareness into our ankles, feet, legs, gluteus and core. The classes will progress and the movements will be linked.
